Peter DelRicco is president and senior trial attorney of the DelRicco Law Group, P.A. He is a former prosecutor and a Florida trial attorney with over a half decade of legal experience leading more than 50 trials in all aspects of the courtroom process including trial preparation, defense, civil, depositions, litigation, field research, discovery and legal filing.

 

Prior to launching his own private practice, Peter joined the State Attorney’s Office 15th Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida as an Assistant State Attorney—eventually being appointed a Division Lead following a proven track record of success.

In 2019 and 2020, Peter was selected and recognized as The National Trial Lawyers - Top 40 Under 40 in criminal defense. He was also named a 2019 Top Lawyer by Palm Beach Illustrated - an honor designated by his peers in the legal field.

He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and an undergraduate communications degree from Florida State University.
